Do I need to do Pilates or be "fit" to come on retreat?
Do I need to do Pilates or be "fit" to come on retreat?
Not at all. You don’t need any experience with Pilates to enjoy this getaway. While we offer at least two movement sessions a day designed to help you feel better in your body, they are completely optional. This is your vacation—whether you join every session or prefer to spend your morning by the pool, the choice is entirely yours.

No, in fact we offer nine rooms in our Garden Casas at a single rate with an upcharge for double occupancy. Our Ocean View Villas are more affordable for a pair, but are available for solo adventurers. If are interested in an Ocean View Villa but don't have a roommate, please reach out, we maintain a waitlist to match like-minded solo travelers.
